立委提案：陪產假增為7天 產檢假加碼 Jun 22nd 2018, 06:14 我國法律規範陪產假有五天，但立委認為孕婦生產時間難以掌握，也可能會發生不可測的情況，如果需要丈夫在旁完整陪伴及學習如何照顧新生兒，只有五天不夠，立委提案修改《性別工作平等法》，主張將五天陪產假增為七天。
